31 Days to Fit

Since I am currently in the mode of getting myself and my family fit, I wanted to share this fantastic book with you, 31 Days to Fit. It is written by a mother of 10, Terri Bonin, who is still in the same dress size she was in when she married her husband and has accomplished this without dieting. In just 31 days she'll show you how to take back your life and how not to be a slave to anything that steals your health and energy so you can be ready and willing to physically carry out God's plans for you and so you can be an energetic and happy mom, grandmom, woman, able to carry out household tasks and make memories with your husband, children, extended family and friends and not walk around like a zombie not accomplishing anything.

Each day has a physical and spiritual challenge. They only take two minutes to read. The challenges are easy and doable. They are basically 31 guidelines for living, not 31 rules to be broken, to be lived by the majority of the time, while allowing yourself the occasional treat; and you will never find it necessary to crash diet right before that school or family reunion. They are reasonable and sustainable habits.

Through following the principles in this book, you will see an improvement in your skin, hair, memory, energy levels, immune, thyroid, adrenal and hormone functions, less sick days, smaller back end, romantic and other relationships as well as your spiritual life.

These simple bite-size steps which are easy to implement have guided Terri through 10 babies and her many household tasks without starving herself to stay trim.

I have thoroughly enjoyed this easy read and have gotten so much out of it; and the way she has laid it out, it is so easy to follow. I highly recommend this book to you. You can get it at Amazon for only $2.99 in the Kindle Edition. It will be the best $2.99 you have ever spent, even cheaper than a cup of coffee, which only gives you very temporary energy. How about some lasting energy?
